The Surrounding

Abhiruchi Village is spread over 35 acres of lush green land. We have our own farm where we cultivate various crops which we use as raw material for food. Various plants from Kokan area are planted in Abhiruchi Campus. We also have dairy, sheep and goat farm. "Abhiruchi" is situated just 5 kms. from Pune City and is easily approachable by road. Abhiruchi is a perfect family getaway where you will find entertainment for all your family members.

The Food

At Abhiruchi we serve Pure Vegetarian Maharashtrian food throughout the day. All Maharashtrian festivals are celebrated at Abhiruchi in a special way. On these days, special traditional sweets are prepared.

The food is prepared on Chullhas and Gobur Gas. Most of the raw material is procured from our Farm and Dairy and the vegetables are grown using organic fertilizers so they are free from harmful chemicals.

On your demand, the food is served on banana leaves in sitting hutments. We do not allow outside food and even cold-drinks, Ice cream are prepared at our farm.

For those who wish to have a taste of typical Maharashtrian Non-Veg food, we have made special arrangements at our Panshet Resort.

Entertainment

There is enough playing ground for children and elders. Slides, Swings, Hammocks, Nets etc. Natural swings are also there to entertain you. We provide some playing equipments like Rackets, Rings, Balls, Discs etc.
String Walker, Puppet Show, Monkey Show, Bharudi, Carpenter, Blacksmith, Potter are there to show you their skills. Some cultural programmes are arranged on regular basis., Horse, Camel, Goat and Bullockcart rides are also available. Mini Train ride in the campus is a special attraction at Abhiruchi.

There is a big Swimming Pool where you can get a dip and to add to this attraction there is a huge SLIDE which specially the children can enjoy.

We have self contained Rooms and Cottages both A/c and Non-A/c at your disposal.

Shevanti, Jaswandi, Aboli, Chameli and Bakuli - The Non A/c Rooms for couple accommodation.
Jai, Jui, Chafa, Mogra and Nishigandha - The Non A/c Family roms for Couple and Two Children Accommodation.
Parijat, Kanchan, Saily, Madhumalati, Lily, Ketki, Saroj, Kunda, Sadafuli, Ananta, Mandar and Ratrani - The A/c Double Rooms with Phone, Attached common Hall adn Common TV facility.

You can plan for relaxed weekends here and that too free from long distance travelling from Pune. And if you wish we can make arrangements for sightseeing at places like fort Sinhagad.

We have well built conference hall with blackboard facility, suitable for arranging business meetings as well as family functions.

Products on Sale

Vegetables, Jaggary, Tamrind, Turmaric etc.are available for Sale at Abiruchi. We manufacture Ayurvedic and Herbal Medicines. We also have a well developed Nursery where you can pick up plants of your choice.

Special Parties

In Dec. - Jan. we arrange Hurda Parties (Tender Jawar stuffed in hearth). You can have a look at the Jaggary producing unit at our farm.

Smoking and consumption of liquor is strictly prohibited at Abhiruchi.
